Claus Saabye Erichsen is currently the Team Manager at the Danish Grain and Feed Trade Association (DAKOFO). He holds an MSc in Agronomy from the University of Copenhagen and has over ten years of experience in the feed industry. He is deeply involved in national and European policies and developments within new protein chains. Additionally, he has worked on implementing the PEF/GFLI as a national standard across the chain of animal-based products in Denmark. Claus is an experienced Team Manager with a proven track record in the agri-food sector. He is a strong development professional, skilled in management, research, and Danish political affairs.
